Bri and Mike

Hi everyone, and welcome back to my blog. Today, I am blessed to post a gorgeous engagement shoot with an amazing couple. Mike used to work for us at McKenna Video Services, years ago when he was in high school. Mike was one of our video editors. Wow has time flown by! We were so excited when he reached out to us to take his engagement photos. Of course we accepted right away, and had the opportunity to meet Mike’s love, Bri. What a beauty! Mike, you did good!!:)

I met up with Mike and Bri at the Mayflower Dairy Barn in Frederickson. I love this location for all of it’s different backdrop options. We dodged a few raindrops early on, but ended up with a beautiful evening. Perfect overcast skies for that great skin tone that all photographers hope for.

Congratulations to you both, Bri and Mike. It is obvious how much you love each other. Both Chris and I want to wish you the most amazing life together. Always have fun!!

Emily and Joey Are Getting Married!

Hi Everyone! I am so excited to tell you about the awesome engagement photo shoot I had with Emily and Joey this past Sunday. Emily is a friend of my daughter. They were tennis doubles partners in their senior year of high school. Winners-of course:)

I met Joey for the first time on Sunday. He greeted me with a great big hug!! He is terrific! I feel like I have known him for so many years.

Emily and Joey are such an adorable couple. They have an obvious love for each other and are so excited to start their lives together. We cannot wait to be a part of their August wedding!

Please enjoy a few of this lovely couple’s pics. It is an honor and a privilege to know people of great character.

Horse, Horse, Horse, Cecil, and a Swan

Well, its only almost the end of August and I’m so far behind in my blog posts. Big surpise-right? Anyway, we were up in Bellingham last month taking some last engagement photographs of our son and his finance before their wedding. While Lynette was snapping away, I managed to get away and photograph some of the horses at the farm.

These are incredible animals and they were very cooperative for me. Thank you guys (and gals). It’s so much easier for everyone when we all behave. Haha.

Oh, and don’t forget the resident swan.

Blessings,

Chris.

Jillian and Brenden

Merry Christmas to you all! What a wonderful and joyous time to celebrate the birth of our Savior.

Recently, I had the privilege of photographing Jillian and Brenden. These two will be getting married this upcoming summer and have asked Chris and myself to be their photographers. We are honored! And can hardly wait for August to get here:)

Here are a few of my favorite photos from their engagement session at the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge. We took advantage of one of the few dry (but cold) December days. There are a few pics with an extra little cutie (my favs).  Enjoy:)

Melanie & Tyler’s Engagement Session

Our congratulations go out to Melanie and Tyler, who were recently engaged to each other. We are really looking forward to their wedding next February in beautiful Snoqualmie (we’ll pray for decent weather).

We had the opportunity to photograph them together for their engagement portraits last week in Enumclaw at a place called Hope Hill and at Tyler’s grandmothers house. The session was extremely fun, but hot, and I only got stung one time while in the field of flowers.

We’re posting a few of those photos here for your viewing and we’ll be adding their gallery to our Zenfolio portfolio later today.

Congrats Mel and Tyler, and we’ll see you soon.

Blessings,

Chris.
